poor service delivered and broken promises made.

good day all

i deeply disappointed and frustrated with the returns service. i have been struggling to log a return since the 06/12/2023. i have been promised that they would collect the product so i waited, then i received a mail saying the 14 days have passed. when i try to call they keep saying they will escalate the matter, but no one gets in tough with me. i didn't know that such a professional company could be such lair's and dishonest. when i try to get hold of the management no one answers. i called in more than 10 times and at this point i am just drained and disappointed by Makro's service.
