Poor service

Makro Montague Gardens is the worst! Their online store service is honestly disgusting. EVERY ORDER that I've placed with them has either been delayed, out of stock items or courier guys forgetting your items. I placed an order with them on 30 January 2025 and they said delivery is set for today 1 February 2025. Now the order is delayed and it's food items that I need for my family. Their customer service agents are horrible because no one can help you. They pass me around from one to the other because the Montague Gardens stores switchboard isn't working lol. So I can't even get in touch to ask if I can collect my order. Now I have to spend a R160 to uber to the store to ASK of I can collect my order because my plans are on hold because the order might or might not be delivered today. No man, do better! I will never order from you again.
