Poor Service

I’ve placed an order online and it was cancelled and no reason was given as why it was cancelled and prior that I’ve sent an email to Makro and no one bothered to respond to my email.

How is it that you advertise items online and cancel it whereas others managed to get the same items that was advertised with the same Price and amazingly so the item it’s still there online with the same Price.

What the hell is makro taking me for on top of that your cancellation email stated nothing about my refund. Makro order #MAK***
