Poor service

I have been ordering online for a while. There always seems to be an issue with delivering on time. At times its delivered in drpps and drabs. always the ietems you need most delayed. This time they have a notice on the website that you need to order by the 13th December if you need your stuff delivered before Xmas. i ordered on the 29th November. still waiting. No response to emails and no answer on the phone. the Whatsapp line tells me my order number is incorrect. I am very unhappy... Online order #MAK***
