POOR SERVICE

Very poor online experience. Made on online purchase in towards end March, part of my order was received, part of my order has not been send out for delivery and I have been calling customer servise everyweek to find out what is happening and each time i get a different responce and they will get back to me. Yesterday 08/04/2023 called to cancell that balance as i can not wait anymore i was againg told that they need to escalate my quiry and supervisor will contact me till today i guess its still been escallated.
