Poor service😞

I bought toilet paper which was on special on black Friday online and some baby toys. My order was in 3 parts and l received only 2 parts that is the toys the main order is still pending. My problem is noone is communicating tried to email, call, Facebook messenger noone is responding l want to know what's happening.
