Poor service

I received terrible service from the multimedia department of Ottery Makro on Friday, 11 February. Firstly, I contacted the department telephonically in regards to a tv set. The sales people were of no help, the manager seemed uninterested in my complaint.

I then travelled down to the store, once again all staff members were uninterested and unhelpful, having conversation in groups instead of helping customers. Once I finally managed to get the attention of one the sales people, they had no clue about the stock on hand. I then called to speak to the manager of the department, he was more interested on being on his phone, clearly distressed and argumentive with whomever he was talking to. Once he was off the call, he was short tempered and combative. I was disappointed in the unprofessional atmosphere of your multimedia section, this is not the first time this has occurred. I will not to supporting Makro any longer due to this bad service.
