Poor service by Makro delivery

I was waiting almost two weeks for order fir a tv to be delivery today 06/12/2022 by Desmond of Wumdrop MAK***.OnlyTo found that the order was incorrectly delivered to a different address. I was told to wait two days for a reply on this.The order was paid for already.
