Poor Service by Makro

On 25 June I bought a Trampoline for the kids with delivery date of 3 July, when tracking it with Courier Guy it says cancelled after attempting to collect 3 times from supplier. Now Makro says I can only get my Refund in 14 Days where as it wasn’t even my fault. In 14 Days schools will open before I get my money and buy another one.
