Poor service
Poor service and no sense urgent. On the 14 I bought an iPhone 12 at Marko cornubia cash, when I use the phone was faulty the following day I returned the phone to the store they took the phone and told me to wait for for days . So now I must live without a phone . I no longer want that phone I want my full refund I am not going to use a fixed phone . I recommend people to never buy iPhones (Marko cornubia)at this store as it's endless issues and pathetic service The worst part they didn’t even open the phone to check if it’s working properly. And now it’s my fault when the phone is not working.

28 Oct 2022, 10:17I was in the store yesterday to collect my phone which marko claims that there is nothing wrong with it. They claim that it was checked by two technicians there was nothing wrong with the phone . We open the phone with the staff there to my surprise the phone is still has the same problems . I left it there again. I’m so disappointed with marko cornubia service. now it’s the 14th day without a phone. They still don’t want to give me my refund.
