Poor service

I'm so angry and disappointed with the poor service I received from Makro and this is happening for the second time now. I ordered a stove as my my old stove just stopped working and they were suppose to deliver on the 01/03/2025 no order arrived and no communication. We called and they claimed the order will be delivered on Saturday as the courier did not pick it up. I don't know how much I spent on airtime and was dent from pillar to post with no success. I am a single mother and cannot afford to live on take aways yet the order has not arrived, I sent numerous emails and they said they are on it until now no feedback was received.
