Poor Service/ ****

I have returned the product that I bought on the 17th September after they have delivered an incorrect product , requested for a refund even today there’s no feedback from them. And I have made it clear that I would like to have my money back .

Makro is one big **** company.Their call centre agents are also not helpful. I am forever calling and I am not getting type of assistance.
