Poor Service

I bought a trampoline from Makro Online in July last year and the frame of the trampoline is broken. I have googled and see they offer a one year warranty on the product. I have tried for the past 4 hours to speak to a person at Marko to find out the procedure going forward BUT with no success. The *** just rings and then tried to do the WhatsApp chat which they directed me to phone Makro Centurion and again only a voice recording.
