Poor service

I’ve been a loyal Makro customer. Recently, I bought several items online from Makro, and upon delivery, I realized that some items were missing. I’ve been trying to contact Makro for assistance, but I haven’t received any help or even an update regarding this issue. What an inconvenience! I will never recommend their service to anyone again. 0/10.
