Poor Service at Multimedia Department Makro Amanzimtoti

I bought a Skyworth 65 Inch Qled TV at Makro on the 09 Oct 2022 for R13 000 and it has been worrying me on the first week i bought it, freezing and switching itself off whilst im watching,On the 5th November I packed it in a box took it back to Makro at Amanzimtoti and a Salesperson from Skyworth told me that the technician will come on Monday to check the tv,Today its Thursday 10 November and no one has given me an update and there's is no technician that came to my house,The tv is getting worse, i paid R13 000 for that Skyworth Tv,I would be happy if they can accept the tv back at makro so that i can buy a known brand like Samsung.Im really fed up with this tv
