Poor service at makro woodmead

My name is Miranda yoli ,Yesterday 26 may I went to makro woodmead to do my glocery as usually as I'm approaching 9 months pregnant I ask the supervisor not to stand in a queue as I had some pains , the lady ask me who am I going with I said I'm with my husband with 2 trolleys and she said the husband need to stand on a queue and me I can sit on a chair , I said again a I cannot even sit on a chair because I had some terrible pains she refuses again , they kept on arguing with me instead of helping with with emergency My question is that what if I gave birth there and something happened what were they gonna say.
