Poor service at Makro Ottery
I am so disappointed and emotionally hurt with the service that I experienced at Makro Ottery. I bought curtain rails 3 days after I hang them they keep on falling when I open my curtains. I return back the rail they refuse to take them back on top they insulted me by saying that I'm the reason the curtain rails are broken. They even shouted at me infront of other staff member and customers.
