POOR SERVICE AT MAKRO GERMISTON

1)I was At Makro Germiston around 16H00 looking to purchase a lawnmower, How ever there was not one salesperson to help me, the one person working in that section was having a social meeting with a female worker. hence I never purchased a new lawnmower. 2) At the checkout security simply stamped my slip without checking my goods I was about to leave without The Whiskers M/pack 85g x12 the pricing was incorrect the lady at the till sent someone to check the price that was on display. The price was 2 For R150.00 I requested that the security guard call his manager I must have requested it from him at least six times He simply refused!!!! I went to the help desk Requesting the store managers at17H15 only to be told by Tulesa that they had all left for the day including Fadilaty security managers I was left extreamly frustrated with no help
