Poor Service at Makro Crownmines I'm being sent from pillar to post on something that a manager can sort out right. An item was returned within 4 days of purchase in proper condition as per third party but now the item is resent for another assessment. They are not consistent on policies. Very bad service. It's been more than a month still not satisfied.
