POOR SERVICE AT MAKRO Carnival (Brakpan)

Bought a Dishwasher on 2nd Feb 2026 from MAKRO Carnival (Brakpan) and was promised delivery on 4 7th Feb 2026. Did not happen and after numerous telephonic enquiries the calls were cut off constantly except for one being transferred to "Stationary Department" by a untrained employee. I requested that the purchase be cancelled due to NON DELIVERY or FOLLOW UP. I was told that I must go back to cancel the deal in the store. The service we experience at MAKRO was not as expected from a Masstore. Thabello the complaints manager never returned my calls as promised.
