Poor Service at Makro

I made an order on the 04th of November, when I was ordering the estimated delivery date was 08 November, received an email and SMS stating that the order had been handed to the courier and would be delivered on the 08 November. The order was not delivered and when calling the courier they said they do not have the order on their system, while Makro claimed the courier company had picked up the order.

Currently, I can't even track the order as I have not received the tracking number, and every time I call Makro they say they have escalated the matter. Makro is unreliable, and at Makro, they do not care about their customers.
