Poor service and worst communication

I placed a order early Nov, for 3 items, still waiting for the 3rd item to be delivered. Initially, after 2 weeks, after several calls the final item was delivered, but a damaged one was sent out. Now to get Makro to collect and replace or refund me is a challenge, as excuse after excuse for picking up the damaged item or effect a refund is again being bandied around.
