Poor service and unprofessionalism

Makro is the worst honestly l ordered party groceries a week back, guess what they did not deliver l received messages saying the delivery failed without any communications, l called them countless times and will be told they will rebook for delivery but nothing now lm on a second week and still nothing. Honestly speaking l'm so disappointed it is now the second time Makro doing this.
