Poor service and terrible turn around time

I recently went online to buy some items from Makro. Everything went well until 5 days later when I still have not received my order after they confirmed delivery to be made to me on the following Saturday after I placed the order. A week and a half later i then had to phone in and was told that they have not even processed the order. I requested feedback and received a mail confirming that they are experiencing issues with the supplier and that my order was cancelled and I will be refunded. A week later and my order is still showing as active on the Makro site and I had to call in again only to be told that they can't explain why the order does not show as cancelled and it will take another 7 - 14 working days for my refund to be processed. It is quite concerning that they are very quick to take ones money but take forever to process a refund. The initial experience to purchase went well but any service after that was non existent and terrible.
