POOR SERVICE AND STAFF

I Bought a washing machine online last year on the 22 November 2018, since then i haven`t received my machine i call Makro maybe 50 times with no luck of getting any help. 10 days after my online shopping i called them they told me that my machine was dispersed from Stubens Valley i should get my item in the next 3 day or so, i follow-up with them cause it was taking time they kept on promising. I called Time freight because they told me the machine is with them its a delivery company still with no luck of getting any help. at makro i spoke to Nodile, Jabulile Vukeya, Mbali referred me to Mzwandile who claimed to be the manager, Lungile and when you call and request to speak to them they dont have such people. Yesterday 10/01/2019 I spoke to Clifton on ********** he also promised to get back to me off which he didn't , Today i spoke to Francinah & she told me that the lady that is dealing with this matter just went out she`ll ask her to call me back i refused to hang-up i requested to speak to the manager she told me the manager is busy on another line he`ll call me back i refused to hang-up then transferred me to Thuli she said she is the supervisor she`ll call me in the next 30 minutes i told her I`ve heard that several times from her colleagues she promised to call me back still waiting for them
