Poor Service and rude

Ordered a TV bracket when I purchased a new TV from them. The TV was delivered but after 14 days they canceled the TV bracket due to supplier not supplying. When I took this up with Makro online and requested they supply another bracket, or provide me with a voucher to cover the delivery fee that i will now encure,they said they couldn't and then cut me off when i requested to speak to a supervisor.
