Poor service and non delivery of goods putchased

I purchased a tv online on 15th May 2023. First i received an email from them on 21 May 2023 with my invoice, then i received a mail regarding delivery. Thereafter i received a message stating my order has been delayed due to high order volumes. When i called the *** number this morning, i was told my order has been diverted because of a system update. Makro just dont seem to be able to assist after i paid a whopping R9999.00 to them and their promise of delivery 2 - 5 days.
