Poor service and no feedback.

I had ordered a Bosch Cordless drilling machine from them online while ago. I had received a message almost two weeks ago that my package is on its way to me with the couriers. Since now, I did not received my parcel from the couriers. I had phones Makro's customer care twice, and everytime the consultant promised me that they will follow up with DSV couriers, and come back to me with an answer. They never came back to me regarding my query. Really that is unacceptable that couriers can be on its way for almost two weeks. Look like if the couriers and Makro expect from me to sit every day at my house and hope they will deliver.
