Poor service and misleading info at Makro germiston

I was at Germiston Makro yesterday to buy flowers, when my flowers was done, the florist was out of reborn for flowers, she told me that they sell reborns in the store, I then ask her to phone the store , she did, the lady by name Sharon Moitsi came out of the store and told me that she spoke to person in charge of the department they have reborns and they don't sell that thing. The florist went to the store and found it, my worry is the supervisor is not representing the store well by misleading or lying to customers.

I would like the store to look at this since I had to pay for my reborn which I was told I will be replayed by the Flower store owner.
