Poor service and lack of professionalism at makro

Bought a tv from makro online on Black Friday and was delivered at my work place few days later done the promised delivery date.Over and above when I opened the package at home the tv had a cracked screen. I have been calling makro for weeks now without winning, instead they make empty promises of coming to fetch the tv because I cant take it back to the nearest makro which I took it to but was turned back.
