Poor service, and *****

Bought a top loader on the 28th of November 2022, up until today the 22nd of January 2023 I haven’t received the top loader or my money back, when you call their customer service they give you excuses and told me it’s with the courier guy and that was in December . Called them on 5th of January 2023, since I’ve waited for my parcel for a whole month for my delivery to cancel my order and get my money back , they told me it takes 10working days to get my money back , it’s now the 22nd of January, no refund , no email to inform me about the delay , nothing, just nothing.
