Poor service and feedback

I placed an order on 20/02 for a fridge where they stated on the order that the delivery will take place by 22/02. On 22/02 I followed up and the call centre said that the order had not even been acknowledged. Later on 22/02 the tracking confirmed that the order has finally been packed. The order has not been picked up by the courier as yet and the WhatsApp support have indicated that they are not receiving feedback from the store. I still have no indication as to when the order will be delivered.
