Poor service and empty promises after waiting 8 weeks. Got a refund against my wishes instead of sorting out the problem.

Had to wait 4 weeks to only get one of the three items. Had to wait for another 4 weeks. After not getting any feedback after the 4 weeks followed up on the order, when Makro advised they can't provide yet again. They ignored request of not the refund, but the product.

Makro, don't blame the supplier. I bought from you. You were supposed to check the 1st time if you received all before sending to me. You didn't You are to blame.
