Poor service and disappointing first time experience with online shopping at Makro

I received terrible service from Makro, I placed an order online for an Office chair on 27th March 2024, order was confirmed the same day. I waited for an update but unfortunately there was nothing. I followed up with them via an online chat they said they will escalate the matter to the relevant department but my chair is still not delivered today is the 3rd of April 2024. The order was collected by a courier but I don't know why it's still not delivered.

I will not recommend buying anything from Makro, they don't care about their costumers once they received the money. They treat their customers so bad. Please don't give them business especially when it comes to buying things online they don't have delivery fleet instead they outsource the couriers which means your items can easily get lost.
