Poor service and delaying my refund

I have been waiting for a month to get my refund from Makro for a washing machine that I returned to them. I wanted to swap it for the model that I actually wanted, but that was impossible forcing me to buy a machine from a competitor. Bad business from the side of Makro. I received a credit note from them on 29 May. How is it possible that a refund cannot be completed in 19 days! Unfortunately I will never order anything from them again.
