Poor service and defective

I bought a freezer online on 12 October 2024 order number MAK***. When it was delivered i found out that its damaged . I log a return immediately RT#***7 same day and i asked for collection for the 17th October 2024 but till today there is no feedback . i followed up online and via their watsup messaging everyday but did not get any call from them and the freezer is still at my house and not collected . I even called the call center today but did not win . I m not sure what kind of service they are offering to their customers. This is unacceptable and its very unprofessional and poor.
