Poor service and communication
Myself and my father in-law purchased a portable 18v Hoover, model HHDW14, from Makro in PE. We both needed new filter bags. Nobody including Makro, where we purchased the units, keep stock. We were send from pillar to post and nobody keeps stock. I called Hover in JHB to ENQUIRE about stockist in PE, and they informed me that they have non!!! How can Makro sell the product, but not stock the service filters?

It is not an out of stock item, Makro don't stock it and i purchased my hover at the store and i would like the filters delivered to the PE store.
