Poor service and communication

I've place an order for 2 smart watch it on the 12th of September , wrong items were delivered logged a refund for, items were collected on the 16th

Till to date no update what so ever had, even their whats app channel is is very poor , you getting nowhere to with it.

I need my refund for as soon as possible , as I have use PayFlex need installment is due soon , so meaning I have to pay for for something that Makro hasnt given me. I NEED MY REFUND for AND ORDER CANCELLED PLEASE.
