POOR SERVICE AND A LACK OF COMMUNICATION
My order was cancelled on the 8th of Feb order number #MAK*** they sent an email confirming that it was cancelled and they will be refunding my money .ever since then I have been sending emails to follow up on the refund there was not even a single reply to my emails ,I spoke to 3 of the call Centre agents they keep on saying they see the email and they will forward to finance and revert back none of them have reverted ,Bongani Ngobese, A lady and Thapelo they are all not getting back to me.MAKRO I HAVE BEEN PATIENT WITH YOU AND YOUR EMPTY PROMISES REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE YOU FAILED TO DELIVER !!!!!!!

22 Feb 2024, 13:45Kindly train your people who are handling complaints I am not sure if she was rushing ,or lacks empathy or if she is doing this job to get paid . she interjected when I was expressing how disappointed I am with the lack of response from your end but she failed to listen, show empathy then resolve the issue at hand. please listen to my call with her she needs to learn skills development .
