Poor service all around
Customer support as well as the Trade debtors department is absolutely pathetic. I lodged a complaint on 22 May 2023, no one has bothered to get back to me, I keep getting told they are working on it. Seriously Makro this is disgusting

Or do you just tell them what you want them to hear... How much longer do you want me to wait? I have already been patient enough. 1 Week is long enough dont you think

first reply which was just to keep me quiet until now, NOTHING has been done. Your trade debtors department is quick to send me a statement but does not fix what they are supposed to fix. Your customer service department is just as pathetic and when I ask for it to get escalated no one seems to get back to me. If Makro really cares about customer service please could you solve this issue today, I have been more than patient and next step is Facebook and any other platform that will let me post. This is not how customers should be treated, Clearly Makro has gotten to big and does not care at all
