Poor service after buying online.

I have purchased a dishwasher two weeks ago online from Makro Strubens Valley.From new the Bosch dishwasher "shocks" the user.I have asked for the unit to be exchanged a week later.I have been promised that it will be done.To date the faulty dishwasher has not been exchanged for a new one.If Makro cannot provide a good online service then Makro should not offer this option!
