Poor service
On 16/1/24, I ordered a Karcher cordless broom on order number ***. On tracking the order, it states that the item will be delivered in 40 days time. Had I known that, I would never have ordered it. How can you allow a reseller to get away with that level of service. In tracking the oder a week later, all it states is that the order has been confirmed. In other words, no one has even looked at the order. I sent an email to customer service, but only received an auto response and nothing furthet
