Poor service

I had odered a table and a storage trolley from their website on the 4th of December and they said I will receive my order on the 11th of December. But the storage trolley got to me earlier than that on the 6th. I was not home when it arrived so I could not check it but when I got home and opened it later that day. The baskets were brocken and damaged. I emailed them my problem and the only option they gave me was a refund, I contacted them to say I am opening a business and I am going to start operating on the 11th and I need that trolley. They told me that there is nothing they can do and the only thing I have to do is wait. I asked them to send me my refund earlier if they cannot deliver and they still refused and said I should wait till the 26th. I am very hurt by their poor service and now my business has to suffer because of their incompetence and poor service. Never Ordering from them ever again. Their service is poor and they do not care about their customers needs.
