POOR SERVICE

Makro Online accepted full payment for an order, the order was cancelled the day in was supposed to be delivered and now I keep on contacting them for the refund. I keep on calling nor sending email and cant get assistance. Response from Makro : Auto Cancelled order [#2L7DN] [#2M2JK]
