Poor service
Made an online order for my Mom but order was never delivered you spend the whole day calling but no assistance at all but they took my money no refund till today

26 Nov 2024, 11:49Please look into order no #Mak*** its was never deliverd the tracking no was *** tht was provided by the consultant i called.They said they will refund the order since it once appeared cancelled but no refund till today it still appears as order packed.before this order there was and order which had 6packs of rice i only reciieved 5 packs i sent an email but my email hasnt been attended to for 2weeks now
