poor service

bought something for my business with their 2-5 day delivery that is a lie. iv called and all I get is please be patient we working soon it. I'm on the 11th working day. iv asked to drive the 72 km to collect it but still that's a no. highly don't advice using them ! do better man, you ****ing other peoples businesses up
