Poor Service

Terrible service! So quick at taking your money but the refund process is non existence. I ordered a fridge and it was damaged, returns logged and no one showed up even though customer service called to confirm. The fridge was only picked up 2 days after the scheduled date. Still no feedback from customer service on when the refund will be processed. no response from Makro Care of any of the email below: *** ***
