Poor service
I ordered a pool table online and paid for it and stated on the comments that the pool table must be delivered on Friday the 14th October 2022 after 2pm because during week days the is no one at home.the delivery company called me (on the 12 October 2022)when they were at my gate and to say they have my delivery and I told them the is no one home so they had to turn back with my order and this morning I call to ask what will happen to my delivery they said I must call makro...Makro I get run around nobody seem to know anything about my delivery . When I do an inquiry about cancelation am told about 10 to 15 days and my husband birthday would have passed by then. I need my delivery tomorrow (14/10/2022) by 2pm or immediate refund so I can go purchase it immediately from another company .order number mak*** . customer Anna Kgwedi cell phone ***.am awaiting urgent feed back

13 Oct 2022, 22:05Evening I have not received a feedback and I again called Makro and the consultant who was assisting me told me that I will receive my order tomorrow (14/04/2022) at 14h00.
Am honestly expecting my order tomorrow and Makro being such a huge company I did not expect this kind of service , previously I purchased the accessories from Makro I have your store card you can check my invoice I could not purchase this pool table from the same store because of poor service I received from your cashier,my daughter and I had to wait 20 min for her to go get only R40 change while she had ten rand's in her drawer on top of that she doesn't apologies for keeping me waiting after giving me my change after 20 minutes I had to wait another 5 minutes for my slip because she walked away again without giving my slip
I thought online will be better
U get cut off the consultants don't even call back
Am so disappointed by this service from you.
