Poor Service

I went to Makro at Crown Mines yesterday and was treated like a stupid fool by a lady named Godette. This lady refused to even hear me out, the minute i mentioned \quotation"she just jumped and told me to leave everything on her desk and come back after 24 hours.<br> All i wanted her to do for me was to add 11 items on my quotation which had already been done by her colleague Sandile but because she lacks listening skills she started telling me that a quotation takes 24 hrs. If he had listened she would have known that my quotation was done already. She was rude"
