Poor service

I ordered online paying for online as well. I didn’t receive all my items and received someone’s brown suger with my order. I immediately phone the online people where they said I receive a phone call from them until now. I sent mails to the online dept with no answer. I phone is now…… no answer at the store to solve the issue. Incapable staff ……. I phoned the person for the suger but she didn’t receive her things . This is bad and unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!! I want my things or money back!!!!!!!
